Patricia was such a kind hostess. She even baked us a delicious cake and sent the things we’d forgotten back to the Netherlands at no charge. Thanks again, Patricia, and best wishes from the ski group, Vera and Rob. We had a lovely stay in the Skida apartment. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, and the shared space was roomy and comfortable for our group of eight adults and five children. It was a little cramped around the dining table.

Our hosts gave us a lovely warm welcome and patiently answered all our questions. We were there over New Year's with six adults, four children, and a dog. The house was clean, with plenty of room for all of us. The location worked perfectly, and the ski bus stop was only a short walk away.

The hosts were super friendly, and the accommodation had everything we needed. Great view too. That's what a holiday should feel like!

For summer or winter sports, we highly recommend Haus Skida and its wonderful hostess, Patrizia. We’ve been returning to Patrizia's house in Reith for our winter trips for ten years, staying there with three families, twelve people in total. The clean, tidy, modern house has three apartments: two for four or five people each, plus one in the basement. Each has its own bathroom, and there’s something new or updated every year. Patrizia is flexible and helps us arrange arrival and departure times, even when we want to ski on our last morning. Reith is about 1.5 kilometers from the house. In the village there’s a ski school, a practice slope with a free ski lift, a supermarket, a bakery, and a restaurant. The Fleckalmbahn gondola is the quickest way into the Kitzbühel ski area. You can take the ski bus, which stops almost at the door, or drive for about 5-10 minutes. There are plenty of lifts and varied runs, including the famous Hahnenkammbahn. Kirchberg and Kitzbühel are both around a ten-minute drive away and well worth visiting. Kufstein, near the German border, is about 25 minutes away by car. Utrecht is roughly 950 kilometers away.
