The reception lady was so nice, and the service was even better than the rooms, which were comfortable and nice. Breakfast was amazing. I’m not really into scrambled eggs, but everything else was delicious.

The supermarket across the road has a good range of things, and the food is good with friendly staff. The rooms and sheets were clean, but other guests spoiled the experience. The bathroom door was glass and didn’t lock, so anyone could watch you shower or use the toilet.

The staff were all lovely, which is why I’m giving it two stars. The hotel is old, and our room was really dusty. Breakfast options were poor. It might be okay for one night, but I wouldn’t stay longer. I’ve travelled around Europe several times and haven’t had a similar experience at such a high price.

The service staff were good, and the restaurant had a nice mix of local and international dishes. It’s simple but fine, and seems fair for the money. The rooms feel a bit old fashioned and could use refurbishment.

The breakfast had fresh local products, and the restaurant food is worth recommending too. Our room was spacious, parking was free, and there was a ski room. The hotel is clean, the staff and owner were very kind, and it’s close to the motorway, about a 10-minute drive from Katchberg ski center. Would happily recommend it.
