The rooms are very nice and well equipped, but the beds and pillows are too soft. The pillows are especially thin, super thin.

The apartment was clean and spacious, just as we remembered from our last stay, and it’s really close to the ski slopes. The heating was the one problem. For the first few days it barely got above 19°C, and only occasionally reached 20°C, so we were freezing. After three days, it started working well.

The view was the only thing we liked. We came for a family summer holiday and expected to stay seven nights, but after half an hour we booked somewhere else. Everything felt inconvenient, and our apartment was far from everything. The Bollo Club was just a young girl chatting on her phone with a friend. The water play area was disgusting, as the pictures show. Staff could hardly speak English. The toboggan ride and the other attractions were expensive. The indoor pool was unimpressive, too. The only free activities were the Bollo Club and a bouncy castle, and the castle was open just one of the three days we ended up staying. The room was just as disappointing. It didn’t even have scissors or hand soap. The fridge was switched off and took about 18 hours to get cold, by which point a lot of the food we brought had gone bad. There were 20 coffee cups but nowhere to put food apart from the fridge. We’d never stay there again. Find somewhere else to spend your money!

The staff were friendly, and covered parking was a plus. The accommodation itself is nice and has what you need, but the entertainment spaces are tiny for such a large resort: a small pool, a little indoor playroom for young children, and a small outdoor playground. The pricing felt misleading. The website showed one ticket price, then the total went up by 25% at payment because of taxes and other fees.
