The massage alone could tempt me back. I love trying massages at hotels, and this was easily the best one I've had. The food was another highlight: dinner and snacks were amazing, and breakfast had lots of good choices. The wellness area is spacious, with plenty to do and a kid-friendly feel. The indoor pool was spotless, with wonderfully clear water; the outdoor heated pool was lovely too, though I think it could be bigger. The hotel is handy for skiing, with a bus stop and parking right out front. Our room was large and so clean. The furniture looked brand new, even though I later learned the hotel is quite old. They clearly take very good care of it. The whole place felt comfortable and cozy, with a lovely mix of vintage and modern design. The staff were kind, cheerful, and helpful. Some didn't speak much English, but they did their best to communicate and explain things. Honestly, this place deserves more than five stars. We had a great stay and hope to come back in summer.

From the street, it looks like an ordinary hotel, but inside there's a real sense of luxury. The spa made the biggest impression on me, with its stylish design, sauna, relaxation rooms, and infinity pool. It was a wonderful way to let go of the stress. My room was spacious, well kept, and clean. It also had a balcony looking out over the mountains and snow-covered gardens in February. Breakfast was included in the price and had a wide choice. They even reserved a table with my name on it, a small gesture I appreciated. It was a magical stay. If you want a break from hectic city life and a chance to relax, this is a lovely place to do that.

The staff made the place feel so relaxed and welcoming, and they even arranged dinner for me on my first night after I arrived too late for the kitchen. I was there to bike the local mountain passes, and the location worked perfectly for that. After a long day in the saddle, the indoor-outdoor pool was just right for cooling off. Dinner was plentiful, with different options each night, and the food was great. I'd like to find an excuse to stay here again.

There are several meal choices, the service is great, and the rooms are clean and tidy. You can borrow regular bikes for free; for an electric bike, you'll need to rent one in town. One thing they should clarify is what kind of meat is being served at the buffet.

The wooden rooms have an ecological feel, and the atmosphere throughout is lovely. The spas are clean and wonderful, and the staff are excellent and friendly. I'd gladly come back.
