Appartement Platzlhof

We had a wonderful week here with family for a special birthday, and made so many lovely memories. The spa was spotless and never seemed crowded, and we all enjoyed relaxing there after skiing, especially swimming in the outdoor pool. Our four double rooms were all different but beautifully furnished, with very comfortable beds that left us feeling refreshed. Breakfast had loads of choice and was excellent quality, and the four-course dinners were delicious and beautifully presented, with a good vegetarian option every evening. The ski bus stops right outside, and being the first pickup meant getting on was never a problem. Before we booked, the staff answered all my questions quickly, and Andrea helped us sort out travel arrangements during the stay. The restaurant team were great, especially Alexandra, who was always smiling, friendly, and helpful. Thank you all for a fabulous week. We hope to return! Sue, Steve and family xx

We stayed three nights in one of the oldest rooms, and everything was wonderful. Breakfast came with lovely music, and Andrea, the manager, was always happy to help. I hope they keep some of the hotel's vintage feel instead of modernising the whole place. A baby pool would have been great, as would French fries from the food truck. Still, there are plenty of places for children to enjoy within walking distance. There's a good chance we'll come back.

We had a very good two-night stay on a half-board basis. The hotel sits in an elevated spot with an excellent location, and there's good parking. Breakfast and dinner were both to a very high standard, and service was excellent. We even celebrated my wife's birthday there. The swimming pool was very well maintained. An excellent place for a vacation.

The ski bus stops right in front of the hotel, and the staff even noted its timetable in the guest information. After skiing, the modern, tastefully decorated spa was a highlight, with saunas, steam rooms, and an outdoor heated pool overlooking the mountains, complete with a massage nozzle. My room was very spacious and immaculate, with beautiful panoramic views across the valley from the balcony. In fact, the restaurant, spa, common spaces, and the rest of the hotel were spotless too. Staff were warm and attentive. The breakfast lady remembered after just one morning that I like to end my meal with an espresso, and Simona deserves special mention for her wonderful service and warm personality. Hotel Platzlhof blends tradition and modern style perfectly. I was more than happy with my stay, loved it all, and would definitely return for a few more nights.
