The food was a real highlight during our three nights at the Zillertalerhof. Dinner was very good and generous, and breakfast had a decent range of good options. The staff were friendly, too. The room was roomy, with a separate bathroom and toilet and even a bathtub. It all looked rather dated, but that was fine for a winter holiday. I’d happily book here again.

The rooms themselves were fine, but meals were a different story. We booked the whole place for a week-long university trip, and the service at mealtimes was completely unacceptable. I’ve rarely come across someone so hostile and quick-tempered.

They should just shut it down.
