Appartements Hollin by we rent

The flat was clean, with enough room for four adults, two bathrooms (one ensuite), a shared kitchen and living area, and good storage downstairs for skis and boots. But there were several things that made our week difficult, especially with a baby. One bedroom is directly above the gas station, and because of the smell we couldn't open its window. There are stairs up to the first floor, and no baby extras such as a high chair. We only had one set of keys for the whole flat, although there is a lockbox downstairs where you can leave them. Pets aren't allowed, which I understand. We expected a washing machine in a flat rental, especially for a week with a baby, but there wasn't one. Towels weren't changed either, and when I asked about changing towels and sheets, they said that service wasn't offered. After two days of messaging back and forth, we did get an extra set of towels.
