The food was incredible, the place was clean, and the location was perfect. The staff deserve a big thank you for their friendly service and hospitality. I spent a couple of restful days here, and the stay was even better than I expected. If I come back to the area, I'd choose this hotel again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Eva, village. The Joker card was excellent, and the location made getting to the ski lifts and bus stops easy. Nico was attentive and informative, and service from the whole welcoming team was flawless. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The food was delicious, with lots of local dishes and plenty of vegetarian alternatives provided for us.

We had to cancel more than a week before our booking because I was hospitalized, and doctors advised me not to travel or ski. The management showed no sympathy, wouldn't help, and charged as much as they could. Completely unhelpful.

This was my fourth visit to this lovely hotel. The team throughout was friendly, professional, and helpful, and the food was great. It's also very well placed for two of the main lifts.

We enjoyed the pool area, and the hotel WiFi seemed excellent throughout. We were here in June 2025, a very quiet time in Saalbach, so there were no waits for lifts or much of anything. Public buses ran every 30 minutes in both directions. The Joker card covered the lifts and buses as far as Zell am See and possibly beyond, which added real value. I imagine things are quite different in the snowy months. This was our second stay at Eva Village, and it was just as good as the first. The food stood out most for us, with plenty of choice each night and excellent freshness and quality. The staff were all excellent and made us feel well cared for. Nikos was in our main restaurant area and was very pleasant, as were Antonia, Lara, Katrina, and Emilia. Lovely to meet you all, and our thanks and best wishes.
