Das Glemm Hotel

I gave one star because of the charging costs. The hourly fee on top of the kWh price is extremely high and could cost you a small fortune. The hotel advertises free parking, but charging there turned out not to be free. You may end up setting an alarm and getting out of bed at night when charging has finished. 19/03/26: In response to the reply, making this personal was not an appropriate way to handle criticism. My name and age were doxed, and an agent was even called to have my review removed. Please remove my personal information from your response. I only wanted to warn future guests about possible disappointment with electric charging costs. 21/03/26: This ongoing anger is sad to see. Pick up the phone and call your tenant, and charge a reasonable price for the indoor facilities. Your guests will appreciate it.

The room for three came with a very hard, uncomfortable sofa bed, and the ski locker only had space for two people's gear. We also had cold showers, broken bathroom doors, and staff who were very inhospitable. After the owner's reply, I lowered my rating further. It was unprofessional and patronizing, and talked down to me about my other reviews, which they know nothing about. Their other replies here also make it seem they struggle to respond to criticism maturely or professionally. I don't recognize or know about the rest of what they said. I'm describing my own experience, and I didn't do any of those things, but was still treated inhospitably, as were other people. The reply also leaves my other complaints unaddressed.

The hotel room was really nice, and the breakfast was fantastic. There’s also a great sauna with 90-degree, 60-degree, and steam rooms, plus bike storage with power outlets for charging. Parking is free, and there are two electric car charging stations with a fair ad hoc price, including for people coming from Salzburg.

The spa area was a lovely place to relax, and both the rooms and breakfast were great. Friendly service too. The bus station is conveniently close by.
