The location is handy, close to everything, but the apartment was a real disappointment. We had specifically requested three rooms, yet when we arrived it turned out to have only two, contrary to what the owner had promised.

The hosts are always happy to help with questions or requests, and I like coming back here every year. It’s good value for money, with clean, comfortable rooms. The house is centrally located, just a few minutes from the ski lifts.

The apartment at Haus Bergheim was comfortable, practical, and very clean, with everything we needed. We felt welcome right away with Mr. Höller and his wife. He was happy to share vacation tips, and we also enjoyed just chatting with him. The pedestrian zone starts right by the house, so supermarkets, restaurants, and ski rental shops are all within easy walking distance. The Bernkogelbahn and Kohlmaisbahn lifts are about three minutes away on foot. Schattbergexpress is another option, around a five-minute walk through the pedestrian area. We had a fantastic vacation and felt right at home.
