We were told there was no space in the restaurant during all six days of our stay, even though it looked half empty whenever we walked past. We’d booked a 2BR superior, but what we got was actually a one-bedroom apartment with a bed in the living room. It was much smaller and different from the photos. Apparently it was in the Annex, away from the main site, while all the online pictures we’d been sent showed rooms on-site. Very disappointing.

We had a perfect stay at Vaya Post Saalbach. The room was lovely and clean, the staff were really friendly, and both breakfast and dinner were excellent. Recommended!

Our apartment still felt quite old-fashioned, not Vaya yet. There was a lot of noise in the room, the Wi-Fi was weak and unstable, and there was an extra charge for parking. The sauna and swimming pool looked like a children’s playground, we weren’t offered fresh towels, and the directions for finding our apartment were unclear. Not what we expected from a Vaya.

This was our third winter holiday here, and we’ll definitely be back. The pool and spa are fantastic, with a regular sauna, Turkish steam bath, a steam bath cell with light therapy, and two heated pools, one indoors and one outdoors. The food is great every day, with meat, fish, and vegetarian options, beautifully arranged plates, great taste, and great service. Everyone on staff, from reception and service to the kitchen and cleaning, was professional and friendly. It’s just a great place to stay, and I’d recommend it to everyone.
