We used the apartment for a two-night stop in summer. The town of Saalfelden is close, and you can take nice walks straight from the apartment. Ski and hiking areas are nearby too, so the rural, quiet location works really well. The apartment is basic, which made sense since it was the cheapest I could find, but it has the essentials. The main issues for us were the beds, especially one really bad pillow, and curtains that didn't block the light. We hung a rug over the window. The second room has a double bed, and there's a garden to sit in, though it's not very big. It seems better suited to winter sports than a summer stay. There's also an eyebrow salon on site, with clients during the day. That wasn't a problem, just something to make use of 😁.
