We went to a social evening at the newly opened s'Bisto, and the waiter was very kind and helpful. The grilled turkey fingers and homemade toasted bread with butter and herbs were delicious, with such a full flavor. The white beer was tasty and easy to drink, but I was disappointed that they didn't have the black beer listed on the menu. We didn't wait long for our food, but the evening still flew by. If the place is open to outside guests, maybe they should reconsider the hours. Closing at 10 pm doesn't work so well for people who finish work at 7 or 8.

The atmosphere has a unique, family feel, and the 15th-century architecture is actually beautiful. It's a lovely hotel, though eclectic in style rather than luxurious.

The spacious rooms are thoughtfully designed, and the staff are attentive. Hotel Die Hindenburg combines historic charm with modern comfort, with excellent dining options and a convenient location. We had a superb stay, and the hotel clearly cares about guest satisfaction. A great choice for a memorable visit.

We went to the restaurant for an evening out. It was pleasant and warm, with comfy chairs and nice decor, though the napkins were paper tissues. The other diners spoke at normal, respectful levels, so it wasn't loud or shouty.

The wellness area was great, and there's a gondel where you can relax in the evening. From the rooms, the view is incredible, as is the view from this amazing hotel in the middle of Saalfelden. We were really happy to come here!
