The location is hard to beat, with excellent access to public transport. I usually slept quietly, and the staff handled an issue with someone in the room well. The lobby was a nice place to have a glass of wine after a busy day sightseeing. On the other hand, my room wasn’t cleaned during my stay, there was hair everywhere, and we ran out of toilet paper.

We spent most of our time exploring Salzburg, and it was great to have a comfortable place to come back to. The walk to the Old Town was easy, and the train station was close. Our quad room had two comfortable beds, a bunk bed the kids loved, a private bathroom with a hot shower, towels, a TV, and a small table with chairs. There were two adults and two kids, ages 10 and 12. The foosball table became our nightly family activity. It’s a good value if you’re looking for comfort and convenience rather than luxury. We were very satisfied and would highly recommend it.

The common areas were very clean and comfortable, and the desk bar was handy for drinks and snacks. Check-in was easy, the temperature was good, and the workers were really nice. The rooms are small, though, and there’s no air circulation, so if someone uses the toilet the whole room stinks. Sharing with men was also a nightmare because of the snoring and musty smell. You have to bring your own lock for the room.

The front desk staff were helpful, and the place was clean and pleasant. It’s also close to the main train and bus station. I lost an earring down the sink, and the manager arranged to have it placed on the table in my room. That was very kind. The laundry setup was less convenient: you have to get a key from the desk and install an app to pay for the machines. The dryer didn’t dry my clothes in the time shown, so I ended up paying twice as much. Customer service replied quickly when I emailed, which made me feel respected, though the issue still hasn’t been resolved. I hope it gets sorted soon.
