It’s easy to get to the shops and restaurants on foot from the apartment, and the upper road takes about 15 minutes to walk into the center of St. Anton. There’s also a nearby bus stop for the free shuttle to Galzig or Rendlbahn. A taxi from the train station costs around €15-20, or you can walk about 200 meters up the street. The restaurants and good pub in this area are worth visiting if you want a meal or drink close by. The apartments are named after some of the area’s best-known mountain peaks, like Valluga. Most have a balcony, a lovely place to sit in the afternoon sun after a long day in the Alps, and there’s a beautiful view toward the nearest gondola. Downstairs, guests can use the free ski storage and a separate drying room or rack for slalom boots and equipment. The apartments are well equipped, and it’s suitable for skiing in and out, with a very short walk to the nearest lift. St.Anton am Arlberg is an excellent alpine destination, with very well-prepared slopes and plenty of variety for beginners and experienced skiers who want to explore and test their skills. I’d like to stay in this apartment complex again on my next visit to St.Anton, and anyone planning a trip should take a closer look at Strafinger Apt.

The bread delivery was handy, and the bread itself was really tasty. We slept well and felt very comfortable in the lovely, clean apartments. Getting to the slopes takes just three pushes. The one thing we missed was a Nespresso machine.

It was central but quiet at night, and the gondola was about 100 meters away, making this a ski-in, ski-out apartment. There’s heated ski storage and a bread roll service too. The apartment was new, beautiful and very clean, and the owner was helpful and nice. We’ll definitely come back.

There’s a lovely view of the slopes, and the owner was friendly and very helpful. You can buy ski passes at the property, and fresh bread can be delivered to your door each morning for a fee. The apartment was very clean and spacious for two to four people. It’s a little dated, but fully equipped. We’d happily return and recommend the place.
