Hotel Arlmont

We kept noticing an odor in our room whenever we came back. It wasn't extremely offensive, but it was definitely there. The room layout was a little different from what we expected based on the photos, and the shower was clearly smaller than in other rooms on our floor, according to the floor plan. The repeated push to buy things and take them home also felt off putting: water bottles at reception and in the room, plus backpacks and tote bags. It came across as a little lower class for a hotel marketing itself as luxury. The location honestly couldn't be better, but get in line for the gondola before it opens or you could wait half an hour in the morning rush. Breakfast was good, with an extensive buffet and eggs made to order, which helped before long days skiing. There was a good range of saunas in the basement, plus one beside the rooftop pool. The catch was the opening hours, 2pm to 8pm. We had no problems with service. The front desk was friendly, and the servers were too.

We loved relaxing in the heated pool, saunas, and relaxation room. Everything was very clean and really nice, and the views from the pool and sauna were great, though we wished the pool were a bit warmer. The facilities only open at 2pm, so we couldn't spend as much time there as we'd have liked. Our mountain-view room was a 10/10, with a gorgeous view and a big balcony. It was clean, spacious, cosy, and had everything we needed, from pool towels and a spa bag to blankets for sitting outside and cushions for the outdoor chairs. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We also liked being able to message the hotel instantly with questions. The lobby has a beautiful, cool, cosy vibe, and we enjoyed sitting there with a drink or food. We stayed at Hotel Arlmont for three nights around Christmas and absolutely loved it. It's a perfect location, slightly away from the pedestrian zone so it's quiet, but still within easy walking distance of everything. We highly recommend it and will stay again!

We left feeling relaxed, well fed, and already keen to return after four wonderful nights. The hotel was spotless and charming, and coming back to its comfort and warmth after a day on the slopes was pure bliss. Every meal was a highlight, from the hearty breakfasts to the delicious dinners, all carefully prepared and presented, with regional touches and a cosy dining room. The staff were outstanding, friendly, attentive, and always going the extra mile. They welcomed us warmly as soon as we arrived and made the whole stay memorable. Many thanks to the team. This place is a real alpine treasure!

The location made skiing easy, right by the lift, and great restaurants were only a short walk away. The hotel is spotless, with a modern, welcoming feel. Its snow gear facilities were excellent and made things really convenient for skiing and snowboarding. Breakfast had so many tasty choices, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. A brilliant choice for a snow getaway. Highly recommend!
