We had our ski equipment stolen from the supposedly secure storage room, and other guests also lost their rental gear there. The room uses a code that changes weekly, so that was a real problem. If keeping your ski gear safe matters to you, I’d consider a different hotel that stands by its security promise. The rest of the stay had its good points: very clean, comfortable rooms, a lovely view over the Southern ski area from our balcony, tasty breakfast, and friendly staff. It’s central, with the lifts a short walk away. There’s a nearby ski bus stop too, but the bus takes a roundabout route to those same lifts. After a long day, walking that short distance with your ski gear can be tiring.

We keep coming back because the hosts are so welcoming and helpful, and they live right there if you have questions about the stay or anything else. The rooms are cozy and clean, and breakfast comes with plenty of choice. The location is very handy: you can walk to Rendl and Galzig cable cars, the town center, and the bus terminal. A car isn’t needed, though parking is available if you bring one.

Susi made us feel at home from the minute we arrived, and the breakfast staff were warm and attentive. Housekeeping also kept everything in great shape. The guesthouse was spotless, cozy, and warm, with beds that were especially comfortable after long days skiing. It’s only a short walk to the lifts and town center. We’d happily return.

Haus Bergkristall is just a five-minute walk from town, and breakfast was amazing. My husband and I had a lovely stay, and the place was very clean. Susi was such a welcoming, accommodating host and really knows the resort. We’d definitely recommend staying at Haus Bergcristall when you’re in the Arlberg area.

The family apartment was lovely and fully equipped, and breakfast was delicious. Rendl Gondola is only a few minutes away on foot. Susi and her staff made our vacation with their kindness, warm welcome, and willingness to help. PEFECT🌻
