We especially appreciated how kind and welcoming the whole team was. From the reception and restaurant to the bar, spa, and housekeeping, everyone was attentive, professional, and sincerely helpful. Anything we needed was met with a smile, which made our week in St. Anton feel relaxing and memorable. The hotel's warm, cozy atmosphere made it special too. Getting around was easy thanks to Hotel Schwarzer Adler's central location, and it was still quiet and peaceful inside. I found my room spotless, comfortable, and well cared for, a nice place to unwind after a long day. The welcome was warm from the start, with friendly, attentive staff ready to help throughout my stay. Breakfast had lots of fresh choices and tasted great. Service was outstanding, and I really appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail. I'd gladly recommend Hotel Schwarzer Adler and would definitely come back.

Room415 had a wonderful view of the piste. This beautiful traditional hotel has clean rooms, excellent food, two pools, and a spa. The main lift is about a five-minute walk away, so it's not ski-in, ski-out, which explains the lower rate for location.

The staff were the best part of the stay. From reception to the restaurant, I felt welcome, and the service stayed attentive even though I was travelling solo. Meals were good, with an extensive breakfast buffet and tasty dinner menus offering several options, including a vegan menu. The room was clean and spacious, with plenty of space for clothes. The spa services were nice, and the wellness area was clean and well kept. The outdoor pool was a great bonus. It's also easy to reach by train from Innsbruck. Great value for a luxury experience, and I'd highly recommend it thanks to the kind, helpful team.

Room 310 was spacious and thoughtfully laid out, with a lovely view over town. The restaurant and food were fantastic, and Tamas was superb. The attentive, professional, kind staff made for an incredible stay. A great location, too, with old-world charm alongside modern comforts. Many thanks!
