There’s a lovely garden with lots for little kids to play on, and the host, who lives at the property, was very friendly and spoke excellent English. We thought it was good value. The apartment was in a classic Austrian chalet, with spacious bedrooms and a large balcony. The kitchen-diner area was a little tight, though it worked okay even for six of us. We had two apartments for two generations of the family. One thing to be aware of in our top-floor apartment: our bedroom was under the roof, and the triangular windows had no curtains or blinds. We covered them with towels, but it wasn’t ideal for sleeping.

Such a great apartment, with a very friendly host and an amazing range of things to choose from. The room came with access to a fun playground garden, a relaxing lounge, private lake access, a boat, bicycles, and a SUP. Just perfect, and not comparable with other hotels.

We’ve been to the apartments twice, and they’re well equipped. The price is very reasonable, and we loved being away from the busy areas. Claudia, the kind soul of the Felsenkeller, was always ready to help with anything. The children had so much to do: goats, rabbits, basketball courts, free bicycles, ping-pong, a covered playground with scooters, and a playroom full of great toys. The pool was great for them, and the sunsets were dreamy. We cycled to the lake every day on the borrowed bikes, about 15-20 minutes each way, and were super fit after the week. Lake access was included in the price, with a pedal boat, loungers, umbrellas, and a stand-up paddleboard shared with other families. We had a great holiday and will come back for longer. Thank you 🤗

The hosts were so welcoming, they even helped us out with a car problem. It’s a perfect spot with beautiful apartments for children aged three and four, and there’s plenty to do in the area.

A huge property, well suited to families or groups, with a very nice landlord. They’ve even thought to put fly screens on the windows, something few landlords do.
