Wohlfühlpension Kristan

That private lake access, with its own cabin and comfortable loungers, was a real highlight and such a lovely place to relax. We’d stayed at Apartment Kristan once before, and this second visit was just as perfect. The apartment is modern, exceptionally clean and furnished with care, and we felt at home as soon as we arrived. The hosts are warm and attentive, and it’s clear they really care about their guests’ well-being. We recommend it wholeheartedly and are already looking forward to coming back.

We enjoyed the vacation so much that we booked again for next year right away. The value for money is excellent, and the Kristan family and their staff are incredibly nice and friendly. Our room was clean and very nice, and the beach is large, with high-quality loungers and parasols. Thanks for such a relaxing stay!

The private beach is right on the promenade, and each room has its own cabin with a sun lounger and parasol. There are restrooms at the beach, and use of a pedal boat is included. The lockable bike storage is great too, with plenty of charging points for e-bikes. The host family were incredibly friendly, and the rooms were fairly new, very nice and clean, with friendly cleaning staff. A few things could be better. Water lilies along the shore mean you can only reach deeper water from the jetty. Our west-facing single room got REALLY hot during a generally very hot week, and with only one window/door, it was hard to get any airflow. The walls are thin...

Breakfast was a real treat, with a wide selection, beautifully presented, and nothing left to be desired. It’s served from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m., and taking it to our room when we wanted to sleep in was no problem at all. They even brought plastic wrap right away. The guesthouse lives up to its name, and we felt completely at ease. We got a very warm welcome, along with tips and restaurant recommendations. Our lake-view room was spotless and tastefully furnished, and the beds and pillows suited us perfectly. The whole place, including the panoramic sauna, relaxation area, breakfast room and fitness room, is modern and very well maintained. We’d highly recommend it and will definitely come back.
