The spa area was a big plus, and the rooms were really nice. We had delicious meals in the restaurant, especially dinner, which changed every day. During our stay, we were lucky to get both a Gala dinner and a special Bauernbuffet. We really enjoyed the hotel, and the staff deserve special thanks. For winter visitors who ski, it’s a 15 minute drive to the best and highest glacier in Tyrol, with one of the best ski areas we’ve ever visited. The location, food, amenities, and service all ticked every box.

The food selection at breakfast and dinner was good, and we slept comfortably in clean, pleasant rooms. We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is right in the heart of Pitztal, with the Gletscherbahn about a 15-minute drive away.

The staff were so friendly, and the meals felt like a Christmas dinner every day. We also loved the hotel and its beautiful view, with nice hiking trails nearby. We had a great stay and definitely plan to come back!

The spa was clean, modern and spacious, with everything needed to unwind. Meals were delicious, nicely presented local food with a modern touch. Rooms are spacious, and some bathrooms have been freshly renovated in a modern style. The ski room is quite basic, though, and some boot heaters don’t work, so that could definitely be improved. A well-earned four stars overall.
