The quiet setting made it easy to relax and enjoy nature, with breathtaking views across the lake and mountains. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well cared for, and the whole place felt warm and welcoming. What stood out most was how genuinely thoughtful the staff were. They kept checking that we were comfortable, and when my wife felt unwell, one of them brought us medicine. We really appreciated that and won't forget it. Room service was prompt and attentive, too, and all that care made us feel at home. Thank you to the whole team for your kindness and professionalism. We'll definitely come back, and I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, attentive service, and those spectacular lake and mountain views. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The staff made this stay at Das Vinzenz especially memorable. Within a day, we felt like we were among friends, and the family clearly runs the place with care. Their own roasted coffee was an extra, and excellent, bonus. The clean, modern resort right by the lake was already a lovely place to stay, but the amazingly friendly team made it unforgettable. It's one of the most memorable hotels I've experienced.

The staff were nice, but I wouldn’t return. For the price, there was basically nothing to experience beyond lake access, which the other hotels have too. The service and amenities didn’t justify the cost. There was no information at reception, and nobody told us the two bottles of water in the room were charged. There was no price tag or note, either. At that price, I’d expect at least two bottles of water as a standard hotel offering.

The beach was perfect and the food was excellent. I felt welcome from the moment I walked in, with hospitality at the highest level.

The service deserves 10+ stars, and I loved having the private beach right in front of the hotel. I recommend it!
