Thomas is always quick to respond and very helpful, and the staff are friendly too. We loved having a sauna and a shared kitchen and dining room, while the suite’s own kitchenette was practical as well. Our kids liked the rooms, and the place worked so well for us that we’ll be back many times. We’re skiers, so being able to walk to the slopes was a big plus. We’d definitely recommend it.

We came in summer, when it wasn’t busy, and the staff were really friendly. The children had a great time in the playroom. The gondola for heading up the mountain to hike is very close.

It was always hot inside, and the beds were small and uncomfortable, so getting to sleep could be a struggle. They barely provide anything, not even a basic bar of soap. There’s a fitness room with some basic equipment, but it’s not enough for an athlete. On the plus side, there’s space for the whole family to sit beside the kitchen, a games room with ping pong and billiards, and a sauna.

The view of the Stubai Valley from the balcony is just awesome, and the apartment was clean and in a great location. The children’s play area inside was a hit with my 3-year-old and 1.5-year-old. They kept wanting to go back and play there. Mr. Thomas deserves five stars for being friendly and helpful. He planned our whole four-day vacation and also gave us the Stubai card, which made many activities free. I’ve uploaded a few photos from around the apartment.
