The location worked really well for getting around, with a bus stop right outside. Pitztal Valley is wonderful for hiking, and several cable cars take you up to the huts, or just let you take in the mountain views. We felt welcome right from the start, thanks especially to Margret, the warm and helpful owner. She lives in the building and is always available. Our accommodation was a whole apartment with its own kitchen and a breathtaking mountain view. It was spotless, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. You can tell they really care about comfort and keeping things tidy. Breakfast was a highlight every day, with loads to choose from: spreads, cheeses, cold cuts, fresh fruit, juices and coffee, plus freshly made scrambled eggs. It felt like a little celebration each morning. We wholeheartedly recommend the hotel and are already looking forward to coming back.

The studio's sauna and bathtub really stood out, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The hostess was so kind and accommodating, too. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the furnishings were high quality. It truly lives up to its name. We'd happily come back!

We stayed at Berg-Juwel hotel during a hiking trip in the Pitztal valley. Breakfast was sensational, with everything we could want. The room was huge, with a sauna, an open-plan bathroom, a kitchen and a bedroom. I can highly recommend it.
