After skiing, it was great to unwind in the comfortable, beautifully designed sauna. The apartment was clean, fantastic, and well equipped, and its location between the Hochzeiger and Pitztal Glacier ski areas was excellent. The ski bus stops right outside. The landlady was very friendly and helpful, and Hotel Wiese across the street has a great restaurant. A nice bonus was that even the small apartment for four had two bathrooms. We’ll definitely be back.

We’ve been coming back for years, in summer and winter, and it feels like a second home. Birgit and Erwin Melmer are so welcoming, and our dogs are always made to feel at home too. The apartments are lovely and spacious enough for two or more people, with fresh rolls available to order for the morning. You can set off on hiking or cycling routes right from the apartment, and Hochzeiger, Rifflesee, and Pitztal Glacier are easy to reach by car or the bus that stops outside. We’d love to come back again.

The guesthouse is in a great spot between the glacier and Hochzeiger, and the hostess is attentive, helpful, and happy to bring bread to the door. I’d gladly stay here again and recommend it. A couple of things could be better: the apartment bathroom is dated and short on storage, and a small oven or dishwasher for a few dishes would be useful. I also personally missed having a summer menu. Apart from that, everything was excellent.

It’s a handy base for all kinds of hikes, and the Pitztal Glacier is close by. The owners are friendly and the place is very clean. You can arrange bread delivery, and breakfast is available to book in winter. We’d be happy to return.

We found this restaurant by chance and loved the food. The pizza and dessert were delicious, and there’s a broad menu for adults and children. Prices are reasonable, with mountains and nature all around. Everything tasted great 😋
