I want to warn anyone considering this accommodation. The owners first accepted my booking request, then cancelled it unexpectedly about 1.5 months later. When I phoned, they said there had been a mistake and an overbooking. I was told the actual reason was apparently that they could get a better deal than my reservation. I've been travelling to Austria for 17 years and have never come across behavior this poor.

The ski bus stops right in front of the hotel, and the apartments are spacious and very well equipped. There’s a coffee maker and free coffee in the room, plus a really nice breakfast, hot water and a sauna. It’s a great family friendly place for a ski trip. We’ll come again.

The food was very good, and everyone was super friendly. It felt very familiar. The piste is 10min away by car or 15min by bus, with the bus leaving beside the hotel. All in all, I had an awesome holiday experience.

The owners are very friendly and professional. The rooms are clean and cozy, the kitchen is excellent, and it’s a very nice place to stay.
