The place itself is amazing, but the internet is tragic if you're trying to mix work with a vacation. Sometimes it works fine, then at other times you can't even send a basic document. I wouldn't pick this place if you need a reliable connection for work.

Top place, and a great guesthouse.

We could set off on several hikes right from the front door, and there was a stream nearby with restaurants and alpine pastures within walking distance. Our apartment was comfortable and very clean. The landlady was super friendly and glad to suggest local outings. We'd happily come back.

The setting is beautiful, and the friendly owner was happy to help. We got discount cards that reduce the cost of some cable car rides, and this is a good base for seeing the surrounding area. There aren't many food options, though nearby you can get a two-course meal with dessert for 15 euros.
