The calm and peaceful atmosphere made this the most wonderful vacation I could imagine. Honestly, it's the best hotel I've ever stayed in, and I can't remember being treated so warmly. Every employee, from reception to the restaurant and pool area, was friendly and did everything they could to keep guests comfortable and happy. The view was breathtaking and the food was excellent. The pool was amazing too. There was a small technical issue at first, but they fixed it right away and handled it professionally. Thank you to every member of staff for such kind, professional service. Please keep it up. I'll definitely return. Wow, just wow.

The staff were very professional and focused on service, and free parking is available for hotel guests. We came for a romantic Alpine getaway and found the stay very pleasant and romantic. One thing to keep an eye on is daily room cleaning. A few things were missed, and it wasn't always consistent, so you may need to check that it's done properly. Still, it was a lovely stay.

The lake and snow-covered mountain views were amazing, and breakfast had plenty of delicious choices. We found the atmosphere warm and cozy, with friendly, helpful staff who made the stay enjoyable. It's a luxurious hotel and a great choice if you're after comfort, scenery, and welcoming service. I'd highly recommend it.

We spent a lovely winter night here just after Christmas. The lake view from our rooms was great, and the lounge is very nicely styled. The restaurant was good too. Facilities include a small but nice gym with a great view, Finnish and steam saunas, a heated outdoor pool, and a relaxing area. Everything felt very cozy.

The food in the Restaurant was outstanding, and the staff were super friendly. We really enjoyed staying here. Highly recommend!
