The View

The terrace had an amazing view. We took the Penthouse, a very cozy, spacious place that's well decorated and has all the kitchen equipment.

The staff's warm hospitality is what made our stay unforgettable. They surprised our little son with a birthday cake, then went above and beyond when he had an accident and needed medical assistance. We booked two rooms at this magnificent property, with a breathtaking lake view that was a highlight in itself. The facilities were outstanding, with top-quality furniture, amenities, and thoughtful details everywhere. You can feel the care and love put into everything. We'd recommend this place a thousand times over to anyone visiting the region.

The only downside was the distance from St. Wolfgang town center, about a 15-minute walk, with a hill on the way back to the house that made walking at night a bit nerve-racking. The host kindly offered free rides to and from the bus station in the town center. Given the choice, I'd rather stay halfway up the hill for the view than in the town center. This was one of the best Airbnb stays I've ever had. The view was breathtaking, and the room was well equipped and very clean. It had a full set of kitchen utensils, an oven, and a dishwasher for cooking. The huge balcony was a perfect spot to take in the natural beauty, with a BBQ stool and a big dining table. Farms owned by the neighbors surround the house, and four horses wandered across the huge grassland below us. The last picture shows the galaxy, which you can literally see with the naked eye. What an unforgettable stay in St Wolfgang!

We all came away very happy with our stay. The rooms were roomy and stylish, the owner was helpful, and parking in the garage was free. The balcony view was amazing and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the visit. My one disappointment was the lack of breakfast. We tried going out, but the restaurants didn't open early.
