The food is good and the place is clean and nice, but the prices are ridiculous for self-service. Coffee costs 6-8€, soups 8-10€, and dishes are close to 30€, more like high-end restaurant prices. The shop is overpriced too. They also charge 0.7€ for the toilet, so if you want to go after eating, you have to pay extra.

The prices aren’t clearly shown to customers before they reach the cash register. A bottle of water costs 6€, and I paid over 40€ for some boiled rice, a salad, and a piece of bread. It feels like a robbery. Then, after lunch, you still have to pay 0,70€ to use the toilet. There should be controls over places like this. They shouldn’t be allowed to cheat people this way, and these food prices should be forbidden.

In the end, another lady felt sorry for us and kindly poured hot water from the coffee machine for our daughter’s formula. Before that, one staff member was unwilling to heat water and was impolite, even though the hotel presents itself as baby-friendly. The food and drinks were average and overpriced.

I was charged an extra 2,70 Euros for Vanille Sauce that I did NOT have when I ordered the Apple Strudel and coffee today. The same order had cost 17 Euros before, and this time it came to 19.30 Euros. Be careful if you stop here! The price hadn’t gone up, they added the sauce by mistake. On my earlier visit, the toilets cost 70 cent, which seemed to be redeemed, at least in part, if you consumed something before using them. The Apple Strudel was okay, the price was high, and the staff were polite.
