A very quiet setting, really good breakfast, and excellent staff.

Annabell made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. She's warm, attentive and always friendly. Breakfast was generous, with everything we needed to start the day, and the price felt fair for what we got. Our room was spacious, with a balcony or terrace, and the bathroom was modern. I actually liked that there wasn't a TV or anything similar to distract us, it made it easier to unwind and enjoy the quiet. A few of the mattresses could use replacing. There was no ski storage room, and the sauna wasn't operating. Still, this is a solid, well-kept place with a pleasant atmosphere.

If you're after peace and nature, the scenery here is breathtaking. Annabell looked after us so well and was wonderfully welcoming. We used a water-craft voucher linked to a stay at Pension Annabell and spent four lovely days there. The room was clean, but the beds were badly worn, and we would have liked a wastebasket in the room as well as the small one in the bathroom. There's no TV, and the style is old-fashioned, which might suit some people. The lack of blinds or shutters, along with ineffective blackout curtains and no mosquito nets, meant we were awake by 5am. The carpet could also be an issue for people with allergies. The newly renovated bathroom, on the other hand, was fantastic. Breakfast had a little of everything, but don't expect a large hotel buffet. Parking is free right outside. Rochus is just around the corner, about a three-minute walk, and we highly recommend it. We'd return for Annabell's friendliness and hospitality, but next time we'd come for breakfast as non-guests instead of staying overnight. If the room itself isn't a priority, it was fine for us.

The location is wonderfully quiet, and parking is right outside. The rooms were clean, and the hostess was super nice and always reachable. When anything came up, it was sorted out immediately. We'd definitely come back. I'd give it 10 stars, highly recommended.
