We loved every moment of our stay in this lovely chalet, from arrival to departure. There were six adults and three children, and the owner gave us such a warm welcome that we felt at home right away. After a day in the snow, the spacious rooms, cozy atmosphere, and comfortable warmth were just what we needed. The chalet is well placed for the ski areas of Ötz and Kühtai. There was plenty of room to spend time together, and the kitchen had all the utensils we needed, plus a coffee machine with fresh beans. The whole place was spotlessly clean and hygienic, with three toilets and two bathrooms, each with a sink and shower. Soap and shampoo were provided, as were a high chair and baby bed. The children could even use the sleds there, a fantastic extra. Breakfast was included and a real treat: charcuterie, fresh bread rolls, butter, jam, milk, and fruit juice, all prepared with care. The chalet has an authentic Austrian feel throughout, with lovely details and a wonderful atmosphere. We especially appreciated the excellent heating, spacious living areas, and the warm, authentic interior. One small suggestion: the stairs between the living room and lower floor feel a little less safe for small children. A safety gate would be a nice addition for young guests. You can tell the owners share their home with heart and soul. Their warmth, hospitality, and care made the stay special. Thank you for the heartfelt welcome and wonderful experience. We enjoyed every moment, highly recommended!

The owners were positive and cooperative, and Magy and the owner deserve a big thank you for their wonderful hospitality and service. The chalet was clean and comfortable, with large rooms and full facilities. It’s one of the best chalets I’ve seen in the Alps, and we’d rent it again without hesitation.
