We got a lot of use out of the excellent Otz card, and having a washing machine and supermarket nearby was handy. The location is good too, at the entrance to the Otz Valley and fairly close to the A12. We stayed as a couple plus two in the upper apartment in August. It was clean, well maintained, and even more beautiful than the pictures, with a stunning view from both the living room and balcony. A very special, beautiful apartment in every sense. Thanks for the great hospitality! Highly recommended :)

There's free charging for electric vehicles right at the house, which is handy. The apartment was very large, clean, and well equipped, and the host was always friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. In peak season there's a ski bus stop nearby; otherwise, Hochötz ski area is a six-minute drive away.

The spa shower was fantastic, and the garden was a lovely place to relax. The apartment was tidy and quiet, with everything provided, including towels and coffee. We had a wonderful stay, even with our dog.

The landlord greeted us warmly and showed us around. They even let us keep the apartment until noon on Sunday, so after skiing we could shower and eat before checking out at 4 p.m. We spent the weekend at Schneggnheisl house with four adults and one child. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and superbly equipped. The bathroom, shower, and toilet were just what you could wish for, and the price-performance ratio was more than fair. Highly recommended.
