The good points: it was clean and warm, dinner was good, and there was a big parking lot. But for this much money, the hotel didn't feel like 4 stars, maybe 3. The furniture was old, and the spa only opened at 15:00 and closed at 19:00. There was nowhere to get a coffee, no one at the bar at noon, and no lunch at the restaurant. You could only eat breakfast and dinner, with just two options, meat or vegetarian. The owner also rudely asked me to move tables because he wanted to have breakfast at the one where I was sitting. No comment.

When we came back on 12/09/2025, the room still hadn't been cleaned and the bed linen hadn't been changed. We first arrived on 11/30/2025. The rooms were dirty, though the carpet was spotless. The socket next to the bed was moldy, there was almost no hot water, and some kind of bug was in the bathroom.

The food was good, but the drinks we asked for often never arrived. The pool and wellness area were very good, though the atmosphere there wasn't pleasant. Hygiene was OK. We had a suite for three, but the room felt very old-fashioned and smelled of vanilla pudding, and the furnishings didn't match. Part of the bathroom ceiling was crumbling. The second bed was a rock-hard, uneven sofa, with rotting beer mats behind it. The balcony was shared, and there was practically no soundproofing, so we could hear conversations from the next room.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the half-board food was plentiful and very tasty. The room and hotel furnishings are a bit dated, but everything you need is there, including a hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, soap, shower gel, and even two TVs.
