Our kids were delighted by the farm, with games, loads of room to play and animals they could pet. It’s a peaceful spot, yet close to everything, which made it a great base for our week with young children at Aparthotel Bucheggerhof. We stayed in a family apartment that was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The farm and its views over the mountains and Schladming are stunning. Breakfast was delicious and just right every morning. Such a calm, relaxing place. We highly recommend it!

We'd love to return to Bucheggerhof. The owners and other staff were always smiling and helpful, and there were plenty of climbing frames and toys for children to borrow, alongside a clear sign on the driveway warning that children play there. The farm animals were a favorite, and loved being petted. The property sits higher up in the countryside, away from central Schladming, which makes it very peaceful and gives it beautiful Alpine views. It's well set up for children, with cots and high chairs in the dining room. We also found the rooms fairly baby-friendly, with few low sockets and not many sharp corners.

The quiet setting outside Schladming comes with a lovely view, and we appreciated our week here with the family. Our apartment was new and very well equipped. The Knaus family were friendly and professional with their guests. You can have breakfast if you choose, or order bakeries to be delivered to your door. Children have a playground and can see the farm animals, including sheep, goats and rabbits. We enjoyed our stay and are considering coming back.
