On the second day, we arrived for our half-board dinner at 7:40 p.m., just as we had the day before, and had our dedicated table. The dining room was full, and they refused to serve us because they said we were late. We asked why everything had been fine the previous day and no one had mentioned time slots. They told us it wasn’t their problem. Absolutely terrible service.

The location is nice, but the hotel team’s very rude behaviour could make your holiday really bad. The service was at the lowest level I could imagine.

Only reviewing the restaurant. My Wiener schnitzel was good and the portion was huge, but I’d ordered potatoes and got fries instead. The orange juice and Schladminger beer were good. There were so many customers that the staff were struggling to keep up, but that wasn’t their fault.

The staff are great, and the food is good. There’s a nice terrace, large rooms and a good wellness area. It’s a great spot for a skiing holiday, right on the piste and close to the lifts, ski shops and ski school.

The view was the best part. The schnitzel was low quality and took too long to arrive, and the kinder schnitzel came without Haribo sweets. The chips were delicious, but cold. Wouldn’t recommend.
