We liked this place a lot. The breakfast was very good, and the music and atmosphere were lovely. We asked for a quiet room with a balcony and a baby crib, and got both. There’s also a pool and a little playroom for children, which was nice.

We planned to stay two nights and wound up spending the whole week here. The pool was mostly empty when we used it, and there’s a large terrace too. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the center, and the rooms are tidy and clean. What really made the stay was the staff. Csilla, Peter, Zsoltan, Sandor, Aniko, and the rest of the team were quick, organized, efficient, and so kind. It was a pleasure walking into the restaurant knowing they’d be there. I hope they get a raise or something 😅. We couldn’t have asked for more.

There’s plenty to choose from at breakfast, including lots of healthy, tasty options, as well as vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free choices. Dinner offers three menus. Families are well catered for too, with a playroom, kids’ menus, and toys for children with every meal. The hotel was spotless and cozy, and the staff were very polite. It’s around a 10-minute walk to Schladming city center.

The room carpet was very dirty, and the breakfast buffet was poorly stocked. There weren’t any juice glasses, either. The attitude was rude.
