We tried the newly renovated hotel for the first time, with its new chef. The open wine selection was good, and the warm hospitality went nicely with the creative local cooking. We loved the roasted beef marrow, then had braised beef shank, and finished with meringue and chestnut rice.

The food was delicious, freshly made, and full of great flavors. We tried the beef tartare and cream of porcini soup, and both are well worth recommending. The restaurant also has a lovely atmosphere, with thoughtful decor that makes you feel comfortable right away. The staff were warm, attentive, and cheerful. I’m already looking forward to coming back!
