The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were kind and professional. The rooms are clean, comfortable, modern and stylish, with great facilities. The gym especially impressed me. This hotel deserves more than three stars; I'd put it close to five, and at least four. I'll definitely come back if I'm in the area.

The place is stunning, with a beautiful room that's clean and meticulously kept, and the breakfast is excellent. The problem was the owner or manager, a rude woman who spoke loudly, almost shouting, in an antagonistic tone. This happened after the tap only ran hot, with no way to switch to cold. The same manager argued that I didn't know how to use the faucet, but it turned out to be a malfunction. She then offered another room, though by then moving our things and changing living arrangements was no longer possible because it was out

There's plenty to do nearby, and the location close to Innsbruck worked well for us. Italy is also just a short trip away. The staff were really nice and helpful, highly recommend!

Our balcony had an amazing view, and breakfast was good. The room at hotel Stubai was very clean and a decent size, and they managed to provide a baby crib. It had all the appliances we needed except a kettle, but they gave us warm water when we asked. An iron is available on request too. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in February half term while skiing with a group of school children, and the hotel quality was beyond exemplary. The modern rooms were lovely, the service was excellent, and the food was very high standard, better than anywhere I've stayed while skiing. It's a beautiful, welcoming hotel in a great location, with two ski areas within 20 minutes, both glaciers with guaranteed snow. What could be better?
