AlpinResortArlberg 1495 – The Heimat

One of the best apartments I've stayed in. There are lots of apps, including YouTube, and Netflix is available without needing to sign in. That's great!

The kitchen was especially handy, with everything we needed to cook, and there was plenty of room in the underground garage. The ski storage room was a great bonus too. Six of us stayed for a week and were very happy with the apartment. It all felt new, tidy, and high quality, and it was so clean we nearly thought we were the first guests. We felt really comfortable there.

TOP5 had a spacious underground garage and a great ski storage room. We were six people staying four nights, and were completely satisfied. The apartment was modern and spotless, almost as if nobody had stayed there before. The amenities, especially the kitchen, had everything we could want.

I booked through Booking.com, but the provider, Belvilla, later messaged me asking me to cancel the reservation myself on Booking.com. The booking still showed as confirmed and active, and the reason they gave was an operational problem. I suspect they had simply raised the price, but that's only my impression. They didn't want me to cancel through Booking.com, which might have drawn the site's attention. You really have to notice the message. In the end I decided to avoid the whole thing. There were too many agencies involved and it all felt shady. I didn't want to arrive and find there was no apartment. My tip is to book directly through https://heimat1495.at/ because I don't think Booking.com bookings are legitimate.
