Our group of 12 had loads of room in this characterful place. It’s quiet, but the ski lift is still easy to get to. The building is several hundred years old, with lots of charm, and the lovely furnishings and fully equipped kitchen made self-catering easy. The host family were friendly and always there when we had questions. We’ll be back!

The hot tub beneath the stars and the sauna are a highlight for us every year, and the bread delivery is a lovely extra. The cabin is always spotless and has everything we need. We’ve been coming for 10 years, and it works so well for our group of 12: plenty of space, careful renovations, rustic character, and modern comforts. Cooking together is easy with the fully equipped kitchen. It’s a quiet spot away from the crowds, with a bus stop right outside, so getting around is simple. Ideal for a week of skiing, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit.

The cabin is very quaint and cozy, and everything was clean. The kitchen is well equipped, with sharp knives that actually match, which I haven’t found in another cabin. The sauna is great, and the hot tub takes a little practice to figure out. Check-in and check-out were flexible and easy, and communication with the hostess was excellent. It’s about a five-minute walk uphill to the main road and ski bus stop. If the snow is good, you can ski down the meadow to the cabin. There are downsides: it feels too small for 14 people, and anyone taller than 1.85m shouldn’t stay here. Some things are showing their age, and it seems like a renovation may be due soon. Even so, the price is quite high.

The hosts and their dedicated team were so warm and welcoming, that’s what stood out most. The chalet has everything you need, with a lovely atmosphere and thoughtful furnishings throughout. It’s a great place to slow down and spend time with friends. We’d love to return.
