We had to leave after five days, cutting short a stay that cost €1253, because the noise from upstairs made it impossible to sleep. There were card games and furniture being moved late at night. When we raised it, the landlady told us to wear earplugs or “go to a hotel.” She refused to refund the unused nights. After a week without a response, we got only automated standard emails instead of any solution. The matter is now being handled legally through a European Payment Order procedure and the European Consumer Centre (ECC). Caution, massive noise and unprofessional treatment of guests. I can’t recommend it.

We stayed at Top 3 from July 30th to August 1st last week, and had also spent a week there in 2020. The apartment is right by the slopes in winter. It’s beautiful, fully equipped and well maintained, with friendly owners. The bathrooms were very clean, even the sealant in the wet areas was neat and clean. We’ll definitely return.

We felt so comfortable here, and the value for money was 100%. The setting is peaceful and stunning, with a fairytale-like panorama. The house is beautiful, very clean, and everyone is very friendly. We were simply lucky to find a place like this. If we come back to Schruns in the Montafon region, we’ll stay only at the Urmonti Guesthouse.

A very friendly welcome, and the apartment was clean and tidy throughout. There’s plenty of cupboard space, and the kitchen has everything you need. The view outdoors is beautiful, while the neighborhood is super quiet. Top apartment, highly recommended 👍
