The owner was helpful, though charging €50 for an extra sheet for the sofa bed felt rather odd. The apartment itself is modern, clean, attractive, and more spacious than expected. You can keep ski gear in the garage. Getting to the lift takes about five minutes by taxi or ski bus, though the bus doesn't run in time for the first lift.

The deluxe apartment on the 3rd floor was spacious, clean, and quiet, with high mountains all around. It had three roomy double bedrooms, two bathrooms with toilets (one with a bathtub), a separate toilet, a big kitchen, a large living room with a corner sofa, and a generous dining table. The ski bus stop is 150 meters away and a bakery is 500 meters away. I hardly spoke with the owners. On arrival, I found an envelope with vouchers and the key box code on the wall outside. The €100 cleaning fee seemed a bit steep. When I left, the owner was outside but didn't say hello or wish me a safe trip home, which was disappointing.

We chose this apartment for a ski holiday with five people, mainly because it was cheap. The bus stop is just 150 meters away, and it's a three-minute ride to the Horbergbahn cable car. We liked the balcony and the relatively quiet setting. There's a separate bedroom with a double bed where you can sleep comfortably. The other three sleeping spots are in the shared room, but they're sofa beds that are nearly falling apart, with two hard, lumpy sections that dig into your back. An unfinished storage closet is partly blocked by an extra mattress, so that space is wasted. The apartment was far too small for five people. There's no drying room, so ski boots have to be dried inside. The kitchen is so cramped that only one person fits, and the limited equipment includes two burners that can't hold two large pots side by side. Cooking for five hungry men took some improvising. The bathroom works, but the shower curtains get soaked every time. Without them, people in the neighboring building can see the whole lower level. We didn't mind much, though it may bother others. There was only one roll of toilet paper, so we had to buy more ourselves. The bread delivery service advertised online wasn't available, and we had to drive to get bread every morning. Communication was another big problem. At first everything seemed fine, but we weren't given the Wi-Fi password. After several questions and phone calls, the landlady said she'd leave a note. It wasn't there that evening. When we asked again, she said we should probably tidy the kitchen. To be clear, we'd only left the five breakfast plates unwashed, and didn't see why that was her concern. We finally got the password on a note on day four. Payment was just as chaotic. We planned to pay at the start of the holiday, but kept being put off, leaving several hundred euros in the apartment. The landlady was very unfriendly. The place is very cheap, so you can overlook some flaws if you have low expectations, but her communication and behavior were absolutely appalling. I strongly advise against renting it. Pay €50-100 more per person for somewhere decent instead. It won't make a difference to the ski holiday in the end.

The owners really try to make sure guests get what they need and are very accommodating. Bringing a dog was no problem. If you're after a quiet, relaxing holiday, I'd recommend staying here.
