Aparthotel Herzblick

I stayed in an apartment in the building and couldn’t sleep because the bar downstairs had loud music and crowds until 1:30 AM. The website doesn’t say there’s a bar there, so I added a couple of photos to show what to expect. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you want peace and quiet. Extremely disappointing, super noisy stay.

There’s a ski room near the entrance, and the See ski area is very close. Kappl is nearby too, and Ischgl is 17 minutes away. Our apartment had two levels, with three bedrooms downstairs and a space for relaxing and cooking upstairs. The rooms may feel cool if you’re used to more heat: there are no radiators, and the temperature is controlled by an external sensor. The hosts told us they couldn’t turn up the temperature in the rooms.

The atmosphere was pleasant, and the cleaning team did a good job, but when we ran into a problem, the responses were unhelpful, especially from Hadi. Our calls and requests for help were ignored, with no apology or effort to resolve the issue. We left dissatisfied with the experience, and I can’t recommend the place because of the lack of support with customer concerns.

We spent five days skiing in Ischgl, a group of five in a three-bedroom apartment. The room was clean, but a lot of kitchen and cleaning tools were missing. After our first day of skiing, there was no hot water, so we couldn’t shower. We called Hedi, the house manager, and she hung up on us. Anyone who wants to can get the call recording to prove it. We were left without showers, and neither she nor anyone on her team apologized or showed any sympathy. Later, she had no problem yelling at us for daring to complain. It was a terrible experience. The way we were treated wasn’t worth an apartment that was only semi-convenient.
