The restaurant has a pleasant interior and friendly, attentive service. The food is great, with classic Austrian cuisine as well as pizza. Highly recommended.

Thanks for opening the sauna after I’d already checked out. It felt great to shower before my trip back. I’d give the hotel a solid five stars, but the restaurant service let it down. The decor is good, though I waited ten minutes while the staff entertained each other behind the bar.

The food was tasty and good value, and the staff were friendly and kind. We had a great stay at hotel lenz. The location is excellent, just 5 meters from the cable car station, and our clean room had a nice view of the mountain. There’s free parking nearby, and the hotel gas station makes it easy to fill up.

The staff at this very modern, lovely hotel were incredibly hospitable, friendly, and helpful. Best hotel in Tirol ever, I’d recommend it to everyone staying in Tirol!

We arrived later than planned, after everything had closed, but the owner asked the staff to reopen the kitchen and they didn’t seem to mind. Dinner was delicious. The hotel is in superb condition, with very nice rooms and fast wifi. It’s an elegant place and well worth spending more time in.
