The rooms have lovely views of the mountains and lake. Our corner room looked out in nearly 270 degrees. This is a very clean family guesthouse in an excellent location, only a few minutes' walk from the lake, town center and shops. There's parking in front, plus a lovely garden and a terrace where you can relax. Breakfast has a good selection and was very good. Three generations work together here, and we enjoyed the pleasant personal conversations. Wi-Fi is available. There's a TV, though not in our room, which suited me fine since I prefer it off. If you do want to watch something, the Wi-Fi is very good for a tablet or notebook.

We were allowed to check in as planned, but after four hours we were told to leave because we had two dogs. That was our mistake, since we hadn't mentioned them when booking, even though dogs are accepted there. At 5 p.m. we were left in Austria, packed up and unsure how to continue our holiday. If we'd been told at check-in, we might have been able to salvage things. We also had to pay the €245 cancellation fee. That's not what I'd call customer-friendly. We managed to save part of the vacation by staying at the Hotel Lammersdorf, which we highly recommend.

We had a great three-day stay. The staff were extremely helpful, the service was good, and our room was spacious and clean. Parking is available if you're arriving by car. Highly recommended.

We've been coming to the Feistritzer family's hotel as two generations and have always been happy with the service and rooms. It's in a very nice location too.
