Hotel Bellevue

The nearby Goldeck ski piste suited our needs perfectly, and it was lovely to unwind in the pool and spa in the afternoons. My family had a perfect ski holiday at Bellevue. The rooms were comfortable with a charming lake view, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious. Thanks to the friendly staff of Hotel Bellevue for a great stay. See you next year :)

We especially appreciated how attentive our hosts were to the details. They were kind and helpful, and made the atmosphere feel naturally relaxing, like a proper vacation. Thank you, and well done! We spent seven nights here, celebrated New Year, and skied at the nearby resorts: Goldeck, Molltaler Gletcher and Katschberg. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

The restaurant, spa and swimming pool were very good, the food was brilliant, and room service was quite fine. Still, my first impression was so bad that I initially gave the hotel one star. In my opinion, three stars feels fair overall. Some rooms are small and not to a particularly high standard. The service was poor in my case: they said they would move us to a bigger room, then ignored us the next day. It was the worst hotel service experience I've ever had. Future guests should be told about the room sizes and standards, and that the rooms only have double beds :)

The food was excellent, and everyone on the staff was so welcoming and friendly. We had a stunning view of the lake from our room, and every part of the hotel was impeccably clean. We had an amazing weekend at Hotel Bellevue. Can only recommend.
