The host even made us eggs when we said we didn't want meat. We had our own little house, and the place was cute and cozy with a great host. The one thing to consider is the road right next door, since you can hear cars going by all day and night.

Breakfast was nice, and the place felt cozy and clean with friendly staff. The mattress, though, was really bad. I woke up with a sore back.

We only stopped for the night while passing through, and Pension Oberwinkler worked out very well. The owner was so friendly and accommodating. Our room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and furnished with care. The balcony was on the small side, but easily big enough for two, with a fantastic mountain view. There was parking at the house and free Wi-Fi, too. Breakfast was excellent. We’d happily recommend it.

We'd be glad to stay here again if we're back at Lake Millstatt. It's a lovely family-run B&B, with an especially friendly and helpful hostess. Breakfast was excellent, just the right amount, and personalized with something different each day. The rooms were perfectly clean and serviced daily. We also had a nice bathroom, comfortable beds, and lots of storage.
