Seespitz 37 - Ferienwohnungen Eisendle

We had everything we wanted for a winter vacation and will definitely come back. The new apartments are wonderful, with a modern kitchen, heated floors, a great terrace, and a separate entrance. Local restaurants are an easy walk away and have great food and excellent service. Our welcoming host knows the area well, was always available with useful information, and was ready to help. You can also buy ski passes for nearby resorts directly from him.

The apartment had everything we needed. It's in a fantastic location, close to the lake and a small park, with supermarkets and restaurants an easy walk away. The ski resorts are nearby too. The landlord was a very friendly and helpful host, and looked after guests with real care and enthusiasm. We felt completely at ease and would love to return.

The peaceful balcony was a lovely place to unwind, and the lake is only about 100 meters away, with some charming spots for photos. You can also wander through the little village of Seeboden. We had a short Christmas break at Seespitz 37, and Apartment Top 3 made it feel special from the moment we arrived: clean, fully equipped, and filled with the scent of modern wood furniture, with big windows looking out at the mountains. There were thoughtful welcome gifts on the table, and our 10-year-old boys were thrilled with the bunk beds and the huge pile of Lego Bernhard had kindly left for them. He was such a warm, accommodating host, even bringing fresh bread to us in the morning. There are several ski resorts nearby. My husband and the kids drove about 15 minutes to Goldeck and loved the lifts and slopes. We didn't have nearly enough time to see everything, so I guess we'll have to come back, dear Bernhard. :-)

Bernhard made us feel at home as soon as we arrived, taking time to show us around and explain everything clearly. He was friendly, attentive, and easy to reach whenever we needed something, and he really cared that we had a relaxing stay. Even before the trip, the booking had gone smoothly and the information we received answered all our questions. We felt completely comfortable at Seespitz 37 and are grateful for such a lovely experience. We'd happily return.
