The views were spectacular, and we looked forward to them every day. We were also close to everything Seefeld offers while still having peace and quiet. The apartment was spotless, with care visible in every corner, and it felt like the people running it truly cared about guests’ comfort. We’d booked an apartment but were pleasantly upgraded to Top 1 when we arrived, which got our stay off to a great start. The manager and her son were warm and welcoming, making us feel more like we were coming home than checking into a place to stay. A-VITA Viktoria had the comfort, location, and hospitality that made this a memorable visit. We highly recommend it and will be back.

The apartment was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed for cooking. Eurospar is only 150m away, and the old town, Olympiabad, and one of the ski lifts are all very close. We were a family of four staying for two nights in December 2025. We’d booked Top 7, but on arrival they kindly upgraded us to the lovely two-bedroom Top 10 apartment. A fantastic stay in a beautiful Austrian town. Highly recommended.

This is our regular spot for both winter and summer holidays. The apartments are spacious, quiet, and luxurious, close to the town center, and the Ski Bus stops right outside. We’ve tried lots of places in Seefeld, but after our first stay here, we kept coming back.

The Victoria building is lovely, though I’d suggest changing the apartment lighting to something gentler on the eyes. There are two buildings, both equipped with the latest equipment, so please make sure guests know and confirm in advance which one they’ll be staying in. Many thanks to the owner for the thoughtful equipment and arrangement.

We were upgraded, and everything about the stay was wonderful. The host who checked us in made us feel very welcome. We’ve travelled a lot and stayed in plenty of vacation rentals, and this is one of the most comfortable and best places we’ve found in Seefeld. Highly recommend!
